A mini history lesson about Akron, Ohio
Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens, built by Goodyear co-founder F.A. Seiberling, is Akron's first and largest National Historic Landmark. The grand estate, which includes gardens, carriage house, and main mansion was completed in 1915 and is a stunning example of Tudor Revival architecture. Stan Hywet is the sixth largest historic home open to the public.
